Staff here is so polite and fast. Always come here for my coffee. Every time i go there gets an exceptional service
They don’t fill up your drink. If I wanted a medium or small, I would have ordered that. Instead, I paid for a large and got this. They also consistently give you fewer Timbits than you ordered. I got 8 today in my 10-pack, and I've previously been shorted 3 or so in 20 packs. Maybe they think people won’t count? I realize this because I give my kids equal amounts.

I have been coming to this Tim hortons for years and I always have issues with them messing up my order well today Dec 31st 2024 I had my husband go in and get two breakfast sandwiches with maple bacon and sausage… my husband gets his on an everything bagel toasted with butter and I get mine on a biscuit well today they gave us one sandwich and when my husband went back to get his sandwich that we payed for they where talking under their breath saying I made you two sandwich on biscuits .. well No you didn’t ma’am!! Bc one should have been on a bagel! like read your screen that tells you the orders and don’t be rude when a customer comes in asking for their paid order when you didn’t do it right in the first place!
Navpreet is fantastic!! We are always welcomed with a friendly smile and hello!! The service is excellent and the people are very nice!! I will keep coming to the Tim Hortons in Stayner!!
