This is happening from last couple of weeks. Early morning 3 am only one car in a drive thru they almost take 15 minutes to make a coffee. I don't understand this kind of drive thru customer service. After that, I complaint higher authorities. This is not single time story I told you. It's happening regularly.
We order online for my family. After how many minutes we got a call from DoorDash driver it says our order is not available change into wraps instead we agreed to change because we are all hungry. We wait for 20mins we got a call from staff in the store saying that the driver left because our order is not available. So we decided to got a refund and she suggest to go the store in the morning to got a money. So we ordered to different store ofcourse we are all disappointed. And after 20mins the driver is calling and saying he is waiting in lobby of the hotel!!!???? What is the kind of people do you have? We both agreed!!! We need a refund why you still delivered? And its the very surprising part? We ordered half dozen of donuts look what they delivered??? this disgusting!nWe don’t go back there again!!!
I came to this store just around 5 min. Ago, i ordered 2 steeped tea and Brown sugar Iced latte with no ice, first of all I just got regular iced latte, what is the purpose of paying $4.35 for brown sugar iced latte if I am getting regular latte with with Iced cubes in it and this is not the first time, whenever I get something from this store, there is something wrong in it I never posted any review. But this is too much, its high time give correct order for once at least so that customers can enjoy their meals.
I drive 30-40 mins from home just to go to this Timmy’s. The only Tim hortons I trust to make my order correctly. Presentation 10/10, taste 10/10, customer service 100/10, they never disappoint.
I ordered a vanilla iced latte and was really looking forward to a smooth, sweet drink. Instead, what I got was overly bitter, with no hint of vanilla or sweetness at all. I double-checked in case they gave me the wrong drink, but nope — that was it.nnWhen I mentioned the issue to the staff, they didn’t seem interested or concerned. No offer to fix it, no refund, not even a basic apology. For the price I paid, I expected at least a decent coffee and basic customer service. Unfortunately, I got neither.nnDefinitely won’t be returning. Save your money and go somewhere that cares about their customers and knows how to make coffee properly.
