UPDATE: FEB 21, 2026, 1223pm: Ordered pack of 50 TimBits, they said they ran out of TimBits and only two types available. This is their Flagship head office location, or at least it used to be when their head office training center location was here, even managerial staff form all over Canada and even from the USA used to come here for training, always excellent service. I guess it is onwed by someone private now. Horrible responses by the staff, e.g., google other locations and check their inventory, we don't know, we don't make any of our food here, it comes pre-prepared from different suppliers and food vendors etc. They also had no Olympic merchandise, even being a head office flagship location, said we cannot check inventories at any other location for you. No apologies, no nothing. Tim Hortons will loose their long time customers base due to these recent deteriorated employee services and quality. Sad for Oakville to see Tim's Flagship store location go down to this level. I'm sorry to update my review to 3-Star, but I have been visiting this store for over 25 years, never this bad! Sad!nnUsually a busy place, especially at rush hours, but ok. Parking is easy, it has a large parking lot, and lineups are usual. Most staff are on training there so they are very nice, and food is always fresh. TimBits at this location are very delicious and appear different compared to other restaurants, in fact all sweet treats are better here.
Simply the best Timmie’s in the GTA, always amazing staff that go above and beyond. I have never received a “bad” or “weirdly made” product from them. Staff are friendly, well trained and knowledgeable of their menu.

Listens to the order accurately and gives a first-class experience.nnLots of parking and large dine-in area Couldn't add photos as people were sitting in and for respect of privacy, I did not want to take their photos.nnOverall nice place!
Amazing and very kind staff. My car had breakdown during heavy snow. When I requested, Manager Seshu and team gave the permission to park the car, after the snow I towed my car to mechanic without any hustle. Thank you so much guys
Very friendly people friendliest anywhere and I visit anLot of tim s What was special I forgot my dipping sauce so a lady brought it to the table.nWhen she saw inWas with my 3 year oldnGrandson she brought him back a timbit! This shows me even on a very busy day the staff cared about people. They alsonLooked happy doing their verynBusy jobs.
