I don't frequent this location 910 Lakeshore Rd. Just came by to grab coffee. Took a while for them to acknowledge me at the front counter. Not busy, staff just chatting. They only acknowledged me when I asked for the store address so I can do the mobile order since they won't take any orders, I presumed. Did a mobile order, and waited again for my order to be placed in the mobile order table. I asked for sleeves, the crew gave me Splenda. I was upset already so I left without the sleeves because there's nothing where he pointed to get one. A bunch of lazy staff.
I had the pleasure of meeting Abby in the morning while ordering breakfast. She recommended some new options from the menu for me to try, and I decided to order everything she suggested. I'm so glad I did because everything was incredibly delicious. Her recommendations were spot on, and I couldn’t be happier with my choices. On top of that, she was very nice and professional throughout the whole interaction. I’ll definitely be coming back for more
We ordered the newly launched chicken burger . The quantity of the chicken as a patty was good but there was no sauce inside bun . It was so dry to have it. I would request please keep in check the quality of the food as well as it’s imp food taste good as well. Long days gone when Tims was affordable. So If we pay the money we deserve the quality of food as well
Worst service at a Timmy's that I have had in my life!nThe person at the counter could not take our orders properly, kept mixing them up, initially turned a three combo order into one sandwich, and ended up overcharging us by splitting each combo into its parts.nI would not recommend this place even for an urgent number one!
Very kind service staff. Blonde lady speaks 4 different languages. She will master Chinese soon. Lots of retired hangouts, feels like the good ol'days.
