I get coffee here every morning and most afternoons, the people working here are genuinely interested in being excellent to every human that walks through the door. The best thing about this pace is the people who work here. Great experience, good coffee!
Horrible service! Every time I go to this location I have to repeat my order several times and even then it is difficult to get the right order. With the exception of 2 bright star employees. The rest are rude and lack any customer service skills whatsoever. If I were not so pressed for time and needing to eat something quickly I would stop going to All of the Tim Hortons locations because the other Timmies seem much the same.
The drive through is always backed up. The times that we have came here probably in the last 3 months not once have we ever gotten the right order. Today I went through the drive through because I needed hot water for my sons bottle. I asked them for a cup of large hot water so we could fill our thermos. When I got to the window they had given us our water bottle and then we’re waiting for us to leave so I said “we’re just waiting for the large cup of hot water” he looked irritated and went and after a couple mins came back with a small hot water. Usually I would just leave it and take it and not say anything and I wouldn’t normally leave a review for this but I thought it my mind that they haven’t got any of our orders correct recently and they probably haven’t been getting other peoples correct either. So I decided to correct it and politely said “oh it’s supposed to be a large cup of hot water”. * mind you I have my crying teething hungry baby in the back this whole time* he puts the cup down aggressively and looks irritated again. He leaves and goes to serve someone a donut and then a girl comes and try’s to hand me a medium cup. So I said again “oh it’s supposed to be a large” and she does the same thing puts it down aggressively and all irritated. I wait again and the original guy comes back and hands me the same medium. I gave him a look and he said “ we can only serve you this size” I said “sorry what?” And he said “yup sorry we can only serve you this size. Thanks. Bye” at that point I took the cup and drove off because I was desperate to feed my baby. I know that was such a load of BS. You can for sure serve me a large cup of hot water. You’re being lazy and not wanting to do your job. I have never once heard that excuse from any Tim’s including this location before today. Honestly save yourself the time and go to the other location they always have fresher donuts way better iced coffees and are more friendly and don’t mess up your order every time.
