Got to work today and realized my 3 chicken bacon RANCH wraps had no ranch in them . Bone dry. Something so simple is missed I wonder what else these workers miss?
You have a better chance at winning the lottery than getting anything worth while here. Really frustrating when you wanna get a coffee in the morning and it's not worth drinking at all. Mcdonalds has better coffee in dawson creek as of right now.
Update: 7/21/25 The service team at Tim Horton’s contacted me and worked diligently to ensure quality customer service.nn7/10/25 Decided to give Tim Horton’s a 2nd chance and the food was great! However, the customer service was 1 star. It being only my 2nd time at this establishment, I decided on walk-in service to take a look at the menu. The screens changed so fast I wasn’t able to get a good view of my choices. I left, went to the Chevron right next store and purchased skittles. I still wanted something of substance so I went back to Tim Hortons and tried to look at the quick moving menu a second time. After a minute or so I finally approached the counter still unsure of what I wanted. I tried asking questions about the menu but they were ignored. I still can’t tell you the name of the drink as I was just asking a question about it and the cashier just input it into the computer. I paid in cash and that was met with a sigh and an attitude of annoyance. When I received my food at the pick up counter, it was tossed at me as the cashier didn’t make eye contact or even say thank. She didn’t break her stride as she approached the ordering counter and greeted the very next customer with a smile, a “hello, how can I help you” and eye contact.
This location has been going downhill lately, homeless people take up almost all the seating inside no room for actual paying customers to sit and not having someone walk up to asking for money to buy a meal. It makes the overall experience uncomfortable as I enjoy spending time with close female friends and this is not the environment for us. Until this is rectified we will be taking our business elsewherennService can be hit and miss as some employees refuse to give out coffee sleeves, or even double cup your drink upon request. They also tend to have long winded conversations in their own language with customers of their own nationality at the till holding up the line of other customers.
Got a medium double double and it was the BEST coffee I’ve ever had from a Tim Hortons. Genuinely impressed as I’m used to watery/tasteless coffee from Tim’s but this location does it right!
