The supervisor name jessy at this Tim Hortons is amazing. She is Very respectful, hardworking, and always makes customers feel welcome. You can tell they care about both the staff and customers. Service was fast and organized. Definitely one of the better Tim Hortons locations I’ve visited.
I want to leave a record of what I witnessed at this store.nI went to this location earlier this week and saw a very disturbing situation. A kitchen employee dropped a piece of bread on the floor and, instead of throwing it in the trash, she picked it up from the floor and put it back together with the other breads that were going to be served to customers. She was also not wearing gloves.nWhen I looked at the floor in the front area of the store, I felt like vomiting because it was really very dirty. Honestly, it looked like outside the store was cleaner than inside. The tables were also dirty.nI stayed there for a while observing the behavior of this kitchen employee and saw several things that were completely unacceptable. At some moments she handled food and wiped her hands on her clothes before continuing to handle the food. She was also going back and forth between the front area of the store and the kitchen area and then continued handling food.nHer uniform was very dirty and her hair was coming out of her hat. I don’t understand how someone in these conditions can work handling food.nDuring that time, I also saw a woman being very rude to the employees. I don’t know if she was the manager, but she was treating the girl making sandwiches very badly. Meanwhile, this other kitchen employee continued doing things that were clearly wrong when handling food.nThe environment in this store is very unpleasant and it seems like there is no manager or owner supervising what is happening there. If there was someone responsible, this kind of situation should not happen.nI go to other Tim Hortons locations and they are usually clean, with clean floors and tables. Unfortunately, this location is in very poor hygienic condition.nnHonestly, the way things are, this store should be inspected because the lack of hygiene could put customers’ health at risk.
Went there around 11 tonight.nWe were new in town and ut was our first spot to take mini break. But it went unpleasant because of the Lady with specs on the drive thrunwho was taking the order was lacking decency in basic communication.nOn the question regarding main door was closed!nShe respondedn“It’s not important, we can close the main door if we want to” with a rough tone.nWe requested if she can open it for once as I was in emergency, but she said “no , she can’t “nWe understood that was out of their safety and the store hours protocols.nBut , when tried to ask if she was the one taking the order and she said yesnWe just asked her “ Do you speak to all customers like this?”nAndnIt was clearly visible that we were upset on her way of response earlier but even to that question “She said” she I speak to all of them like this “nnI don’t know if she was having a bad day or frustrated by something?nBut there’s always a way to saying things, which she clearly needs to learn.
The team at the Dollard St location are fantastic!!! Amongst the best, if not THE best, Tim Hortons I have been to. Warm, smiling' friendly... I go out of my way to make a stop here for my Ice Cap just to see the gang. The owner and managers should be proud of their teams.
I got notification from Google that I have 6000 views. It inspired me to write more reviews so that I have 7000 vews. And may be even 8000 in 5 years. That will be so great. I'll be looking at it every day and show everyone and get free cookies. Very cool.
