Tim Hortons came out with a flatbread pizza today so, I gave it a try. I have to say, I am a fan of their selections and it was so good. The bread was just the right texture and soft to bite into. The cheese was perfectly melted on top and the sauce was just the right amount. I started today with the cheese flatbread pizza and think I will try the chicken Parmesan next. I ate eaten 2 slices before I took the pictures. I love that it comes in a box that I can recycle after.
Each time I come when it’s morning, my service is great. When I go in the evenings, every single time they mess up my order on the screen, or when packing it. When we call in the evenings they don’t answer the phone, they take it off the line. In the mornings, at their busiest time, they answer. Go in the morning vs evening/night and see what I’m talking about and why this could possibly be happening.
Drive through girl was rude. Hardly any cream cheese on bagel. When i took it back in was told only allowed to put one scoop. There was only 1/4 scoop if that. Like a lightly buttered bagel. Tim Hortons has been really disappointing lately. I think I'll spend my money elsewhere. Staff does not care about customers. I don't expect anything to come of this. I'll get the perfunctory response stating they are concerned but nothing will change. A lot of people I know are done with Timmies and I am now too.
I visit regularly to order the new burrito bowls. Unfortunately they’ve started pre-making the bowls at this location and it ruins them. Warm lettuce and dry old chicken. I could tell it was pre-made when the worker brought it to me about 50 seconds after I ordered it. As a regular, I know that the bowls take a few minutes to put together.
Drive thru wait times are horriblenI ordered a coffee after work and it took 45 minutes with only two vehicles in front of me.nFood orders pizza should have to pull ahead and not block drive thru for such duration.
