Delicious sandwiches, good with customizations, wish they had whole wheat bread and that honey mustard still but oh well. I just buy my own honey mustard.
I’ve visited this location many times and have always had a great experience. The staff is consistently friendly and professional, whether I’m going through the drive-thru or dining in. I once ordered through Skip, and when the muffin I wanted wasn’t available, the manager, Trudy, personally called me to let me know. She was incredibly courteous and helped me choose a great alternative. I truly appreciate the level of service and would highly recommend this location. The food quality is also excellent every time.
This is by far the best Tim Hortons in Sarnia and surrounding area.nThe place is as clean as you can possibly keep a busy cafe.nThe service is exceptional.nThe staff are incredible, fast, efficient, friendly, welcoming!nThe staff make me feel like I’m part of the “family”nCome try it out, it will become your favourite Tim’s too.nJust save me a seat!!

The staff here are always friendly and welcoming, making every visit a pleasant experience. They consistently get my order just right, which is something I truly appreciate.nnThe ambiance is great, whether I’m grabbing a quick coffee or sitting down for a break. Their service is impressively fast, even during busy hours. The staff member, Geetanjali, displayed extremely rude behavior.nnWhen I attempted to collect my reward points, she ignored my request and shut the window in my face without any explanation. Her attitude was unprofessional, and she spoke as if she owned the place rather than providing good customer service. This kind of treatment is unacceptable.nnAs a regular customer, I expect your staff to be trained in basic courtesy and professionalism. I strongly urge you to provide proper training to Geetanjali, as no customer should be treated this way. If she is unable to communicate respectfully, she may be better suited for a role that does not involve direct customer interaction.nnI hope Tim Hortons takes this complaint seriously and ensures better service in the future.
