This location is super convenient, right near Jean-Talon, with easy drive-thru access and quick service even during a busy morning.nnThe Mocha was outstanding — rich, chocolatey, and perfectly balanced with their signature smooth coffee. Not too sweet, just the right amount of espresso kick to start the day right. It tasted fresh and hot, way better than what I’ve had at other spots lately. Definitely my new go-to drink here!nnPaired it with the Chocolate Chip Muffin, which was warm, fluffy, and loaded with melty chocolate chips. It had that perfect homemade texture — moist on the inside with just the right crumb. Such a great treat and hit the spot perfectly with the mocha.nnFriendly staff, clean counter area, and everything came out fast. If you're in the area and craving a solid coffee + baked good combo, this Tim Hortons delivers. Highly recommend the Mocha and Chocolate Chip Muffin combo! Will be back soon.
I had a very disappointing experience. Harpreet’s behavior came across as unprofessional and full of attitude. Instead of being polite and helpful, she made me feel unwelcome and didn’t seem interested in assisting me. Good customer service starts with respect, and unfortunately, that was missing during my visit. I hope the management addresses this and provides better customer service training in the future.
​If you want the wrong order served with a side of misery, this is the place to go. Trying to communicate with the staff was exhausting—zero customer service skills and a terrible attitude.n​After surviving the painful ordering process, we opened our box of 50 Timbits only to find a soggy, low-quality mess. Not a single flavor we asked for was in the box. Just a dumped assortment of stale, mushy dough. Complete waste of money and a textbook example of how not to run a drive-thru.
Espresso tasted old and stale. Also, this is the first time I’ve ever seen an Iced Capp served with these lids.
I had a wonderful experience this evening at Tim Hortons! The entire evening team was friendly, efficient, and very welcoming. Even during a busy time, they handled everything with patience and a positive attitude.nnA special thank you to Kamal for the outstanding service. He was very polite and made sure my order was prepared perfectly. My coffee was rich, fresh, and made exactly the way I like it. The wrap was warm, fresh, and full of flavour, you could really tell it was prepared with care.nnIt’s always nice to visit a place where the staff genuinely care about customer experience. I’ll definitely be coming back!
