Went through the driveway thru... ordered iced late... it was an iced coffee with espresso... not frothy.. they mess up all the time here
2025.11.25nAt this unlit sign…nI ordered a Dark Roast, medium sized coffee.nThe sip tastes peculiar.nThinking about it for about 2mins, as I started my wipers on this rainy evening quarter to seven, in the dark of Winter daytime.nAnd it strikes my taste buds as a hint of mouldiness festering about the coffee maker.nnIt's subtle… but not like every Tim Horton's taste.nI hope I'm wrong, and it's just some anomaly of my taste buds on this odd weather night.
I am so sad to write this. This used to be my go to tim in Lindsay and I used to be a regular here for a long time. But now a days the staff, the food everything is bad. During days it is always understaffed. The amount of time needed to make a normal sandwich is unbearable and can never make the coffee right. There is a reasonable number of staff needed in a 24 hour location like this especially during peak hours. People are headed to work. Atleast the issues during the day are because they are understaffed. Night shift is worse. Rude and have zero customer service skills. I understand the issues of working night shift but atleast do it for the sake of your job. They never clean the machines which they are ought to do every night and more often than not their expresso machine is not working. Used to be the best timmies in Lindsay and in a couple of months they have ruined that reputation.
go through the drive through frequently at night because of night shift, and the two girls that work nights here, Sap and Sim cannot understand basic english and get the order wrong every time. they don’t know how to make basic drinks and need to be told multiple times what the drinks are that are being ordered.
How does it take 10 minutes to make a drink and a bagel and then when you ask they say I can take as long as i want. You need to review the cameras inside the store these staff members are taking way to long and not cleaning up properly.nnThe French vanilla is water down and discusting the night crew is not cleaning the machines.
