It's sad that Tim's on Victoria is turning in to a denny's. You know ur gonna be disappointed and know that some how your order is going to be wrong it's just to what degree . Asked for no sauce and repeated it 3 times.
The new renovation is awesome now. No seating as well.
I recently visited the Victoria street Tim Hortons and had nothing but an amazing experience. The drinks and food I ordered were fresh and tasted amazing. The atmosphere of the staff was all happy and bubbly and turned my afternoon around with their warm customer service. 10/10 would recommend this place to my friends and family. Keep up the amazing work you are all doing.
I know that this area is trying its hardest. For the environment that they’re in and the people that they deal with downtown. It takes a lot to feel safe and be chipper all the time. Certain people do need to work on their behaviour. And listen. But otherwise, the manager is a super sweet guy and deserves at least a little more credit for what he’s given. They’re doing their best. Food is good, drinks are good, the sanitization is up to par. Good job Victoria street. Thank you for providing a Tim hortons even in the roughest of areas. :
We were at tim victoria drive-through they don’t know how to take orders. They started yelling at us on speaker box and after that when I try to correct them, again they started yelling at us. very very, very disappointing customer service and we offered them some ice and their head if you’re feeling frustrated , please have a break and sip of water and don’t laugh at customers
