Ordered third time but it was not grilled properly neither was first time nor the second.nThe fact is service was okay but I don’t know what’s wrong with their grilling machine.nI don’t want to argue with the staff because they were nice and I really respect the food counter attendees.nI left the place quietly and garbage the wrap they gave me.nDisappointed not with the customer service but with the kind of wrap they served.nI even went uphill Timsto ask is it grilled but they were also confused what kind of wrap is that??
I usually go through the drive though and order a coffee and apple Fritter donut. Most Tim Hortons handle this very easy and simple order fine. This one is no different.
I refuse to go to this Tim Hortons anymore and I work close by so this was my every morning ritual to stop in grab a coffee and something to snack on. The staff is rude and unwelcoming except for a couple people that work there and the food is always loaded with so much butter and they squish the food. You ask them to remake something they give you attitude and to think I spent money there on a daily basis. The images I added were from a remake order pretty sad she went to make these a third time and same thing...
Ordered two chicken bowls the first one was supposed to come without sauce and the other was suppose to be crispy and no tomato’s or cucumbers. When we received our food they didn’t take the tomato’s and cucumbers off, it was slow cooked instead of crispy, the other still had the dressing on it. Also ordered a Tiramisu cold brew and an Americano, cold brew was very good but the americano tasted like it had been sitting awhile. The service was friendly but the food was not what we ordered. I was very disappointed and won’t be going there again.
This is my first time and even the last time I come to this Timmy to order something. My cold brew is not even full. The service sucked, unrespectfully, and bossy. I think your store will make my day, however, you guys just ruin my day.
