Real good and feel good food and service. The ambiance of the store gives off aesthetic vibes though it's a bit cramped. The kiosks help in getting your orders conveniently. The waiting time is not that long when you order at the kiosk. I very much love their iced coffees compared to other stores. Hihi
This place is very unsanitary, so many flies around the food in the displays, so much dirt and dust on machines. I've even witnessed some staff members use their phones while making food and not change their gloves or wash their hands. Even some staff members are very rude, especially the managers. Never returning again! It's ridiculous for the wait times, most times I wait in line while one person is serving inside and I see other members either stand around and not help or just avoid helping. One of the worst Tim's in North bay! Do better!
Today i went to tims today i genuinely enjoy this tims lovely staff, but something i wanted to bring attention to is unfortunately there was a lady in the front entrance and she was on a substance and was struggling to keep on her feet. I know in north bay that is an unfortunate site people see. But with that i think you need to train your staff on what to do in those situations cause clearly they were uncomfortable and not sure what to do i don't blame them in the slightest for it. I ended up calling someone to come check on the lady im not sure if anyone showed up but again please educate your staff for future situations.
Honestly, it's pretty refreshing to visit this location. Over the past 5-10 years, customer service has basically been forgotten about, but a lot of the staff here are friendly, talkative, remember your previous order to ask you if that's what you're getting again, and have fast service. The drive through can move pretty slow, but inside always seems to be consistent. There's an older gentleman with a goatee who is particularly good at this location.
