Never knew this location is open 24 hours until I saw some folks inside. However, the drive through was a lot busy and the guy was working very attentively and serving with a smile. He was too sweet with me. I don’t know how they managed to maintain this much soft environment.
I came there one night there weren't very many ppl in the store. When I entered one of the three staff was taking out the garbage. I stood by the cash waiting, there was one guy dealing with the drive thru and a next female in the back. I could see her and she could see me I waited for 3 mins for some attention then went to the washroom since all seem busy. After leaving the washroom garbage attendant was done, drive thru was still busy with one customer and the female was still in the back, I stood by the cash for a good 5 mins before the female came to helped me.
I park my truck in the yard at Kennedy and Derry, and me and my friends drive all the way here borrowing someone’s car. It’s not just because they’re open 24 hours , it’s because their coffee is always fresh, the steeped tea is perfect, and they never say no when we ask for food. Even their bakery is always fresh.nGod bless them.
Today my drink was absolutely perfect! The service provided by Parth was excellent. He is truly the best — the way he prepares drinks, serves customers, and communicates so politely makes the experience even better. His friendly attitude is the reason I keep coming back. Outstanding customer service at Tim Hortons i ever had! Thank you for making good start to my day.
This location is joint with a Wendy's! Great for those with multiple cravings to satisfy. The location is large and has lots of seating. The area was clean and bright and tables and chairs in good condition.nUpon arrival I could see the drive through was a bit busy, moving slowly. So I went inside and there was also a bit of a line. When i arrived only one person was serving customers at the front and one at the window. 3 people in the back. After some customers became a bit frustrated, then 2 more patrons came out to assist.nnI created a mobile order for drive through but came inside as I needed to be in and out. However the transaction still took about 15 mins After ordering. Which was a bit disappointing as I was on work break. This location was 5 mins from my location and the closest between other options....nnThe attendants we positive and did have a great attitude despite the busy time.nnThe food I received was as ordered. My drink and food were hot and fresh. So that was positive.
