I used the drive thru and I was amazed at how quick my meal was ready but when I arrived to work, I realized they served me a small coffee instead of medium and the spicy habenaro breakfast bagel is not as advertised. It showed it coming with lettuce and tomato in the ad and it isn’t toasted … very disappointed, such a waste of money
Overall, very disappointing, ordered the Cilantro Lime Bowl and asked for no rice, all salad. Staff agreed and said they were able to do so. Salad bowl looked like it was on ozempic. There was only half a salad and the an empty space where the rice was supposed to be. The lettuce wasn’t even cut up, and the chicken was hard. My friend ordered wedges and the Crispy Chicken wrap, both were dry and the wedges were so incredibly stale. The wedges tasted like actual plastic. We didn’t even finish them. Waste of money. The Iced Capp was the best thing we got from this place. The other locations in Keswick are much better, I can’t believe I payed $14 for half of a salad. We had a hard time finding places to sit because the tables and seats were all dirty. The staff is kind, but they need to work on quality of their food.
Awesome service around 330 in the morning today, I asked the fellow why they don't serve any sandwiches at this time and he gracefully explained and offered to solve my dilemma by making me a turkey sandwich without bacon and I accepted immediately. What else are early starts or night shift folk in the rougher industry's suppose to do?nnNow that's problem solving and promotion worth in my eyes, as long as this Tim Hortons has fellows like this I'll keep coming back.nnThat's problem solving.
Very disappointed once again with this Tim Hortons location. The staff is friendly, for the most part. However, my order is 9/10 not what I ordered. And most times the drive thru wait time is 3 to 4 times compared to other Tim Hortons drive thru's I visit frequently before and after work. This is a busy location and considering how many employees are working in the store, we should not have to wait for 10-15 minutes to get a simple coffee and bagel.
Service just keeps getting worse every time I enter a Tim Hortons. 9 people behind the counter and 1 person taking orders at front counter. Drive through was active but not to an overwhelming extent. No Excuse for this!
