Very disappointed with my experience at this Tim Hortons. Ordered a cappuccino, but it tasted like plain water and was barely warm. It was served in just 10 seconds, which makes me think it wasn’t properly steamed. When I asked about it, the staff dismissively told me to add sugar instead of addressing the issue. Poor quality and bad customer service—I expected better.
I’ve been here 5 times recently getting a hot chocolate each time. Every time I go I get a hot chocolate that’s 99% water no hot chocolate powder. Getting fed up with it by time I take my first sip I’m already half way home and no other Tim Hortons around. I don’t know how the staff handing these out doesn’t notice a clear hot chocolate going out the window before putting a lid on it but to me a paying customer it seems they couldn’t care less. I call to complain about this and nobody answers it rings and rings. Don’t go here go to a different Tim Hortons there’s one 10minutes in every direction it will save you the hassle of poor service and even worse drinks.
Visited this Tim's on Thursday afternoon. I ended up having to go through the line twice as I'd forgotten part of my order and both the guys who helped me were great. Friendly, quick, helpful and with big smiles on their faces. I don't expect that kind of interaction from everyone, I'm content as long as people aren't surly. But when people are friendly and seem pleased to help, it makes the whole experience that much nicer.nService was quick even though the place was quite busy at the time. Food was tasty. Would visit again.
Well I used to love this one up until the last 6 months or more I go 3 times a day always tip $1 or more for just coffee lately I have been getting a blt Xtra bacon sandwich but this tim hortons calls a half slice of bacon a full slice the sandwich comes with 3 pieces I pay for 3 more here it 6 half slices any other tims is 6 full they get 1 more chance to do it right than I goto head office as they are scamming thier customers
-forgot our tomatoes on the BLT...n-person taking orders had a hard time understanding what we wanted and he didn't know the productn-WHERE is THE GRILLED CHEESE WITH BACON...best thing on the menu and now its gone and replaced by pizza...its tims not a pizza place...will not order pizza. that's my way of protesting...n-will say this is the first time there is an issue except for no more grilled cheese and bacon and that is head quarters problem.....we stop here on the way and back to Timmins...many times year...11 people working...fast service...It's the best Tims we have ever been to!
