The dirtiest Tim Horton’s I’ve ever been in!!nnAt 5:30 am I went in for a coffee, was greeted by overflowing garbage, recycling and dirty dishes above. Clearly this was from the day before as the morning was just getting started. I waited behind one person for almost 10 minutes. Odd because the order was small. Finally ordered my coffee from the front staff who were quite friendly. Went to sit down only to find NOT one table had been washed. Went back to the front counter to get napkins so I could wash a table myself and sit down. All washrooms were still locked even though the vacancy sign was displayed on the door handle. Noticed there was hand sanitizer outside the restroom that I could apply to the napkins and go back and clean a table to sit at. While sitting there for just over half an hour I had the opportunity to observe just how dirty this location was.n1. Overflowing garbage and recycling.n2. Dirty dishes on the counter above the garbage/recycling centre.n3. Filthy windows and doors. Terrible!n4. Floors had not been swept or washed. Obvious food lying there to view.n6. Unclean tables and seats. Even the window ledges had large food particles remaining from who knows when.nnWhen you enter a restaurant just after they have opened to start the business day you would think that they would have cleaned from the day before. 5:30 am on a Wednesday morning in Osoyoos BC at Tim’s is not so busy that cleanliness and an organized presentation should not be a problem. In fact it should be PRIORITY!nThis falls on management.
Very busy Tim Hortons.nBut the service is good.nEmployees there are very friendly.nSome seating space is there but almost always crowded.nFood is good and drinks are even better.nParking space available in the front.nWashrooms are clean, family washroom is available but you need to ask them to unlock the door.nA good stop to have a quick meal.

Staff is always nice when going to the drive-through they usually know what my coffee is and quickly made.
They messed up the order which I suppose can happen but then they asked me to wait for food at the front of their store to avoid the line up behind me in the drive thru, without realizing that there is a sign in their drive thru where you can only take a right turn which would mean to go around the block to come back into their parking. If you take a left instead then you are put on the oncoming traffic and then a sharp left into the parking. They are trying to be McDonalds without realizing that logistics don’t work when asking people to wait at the front of the store. Btw there are no specific stalls for people waiting for their food. You could be parked anywhere depending on the availability. Weird setup which has clearly not been thought through but after all it is Tim Hortons.
