First time visiting this location and I'll tell you it is one of the worst experiences I've ever had at a Tim Horton's first of all they were unable to process my Tim's card and continued to tell me that I had no dollar value on it I called the number on the card and they informed me that there was currency on the card the attendant operating the terminal did not know how to use it properly. Once that issue was resolved they continued to take my order in which they had to do twice because they messed up the first time. In the end I was in line for 25 minutes to get to coffees I will never buy coffee at this Tim Hortons location again.

If you’re looking for a splash of stress with your morning coffee this is the place for you. (Actually - any time of the day) I have waited 20+ minutes in a 5 car line up more times than I can count! They are constantly trying to upsell and ignore my requests that they don’t add a hash brown to my order. If they are sold out of something they will take your order and put something else in your bag - ALWAYS CHECK YOUR BAGS! (They’ll also serve you skinny straws from the dollar store that you can barely sip an ice cap through because they don’t have their ordering down!) Employees - laugh in your face, will tell you to relax - no customer service what so ever! One can only be so patient when the same errors are made daily despite that they will repeat your order 4 times and then still get it wrong! Just RIDICULOUS Every time I am here - they are sold out of something which leads me to think they’re as big a mess in management as they are at taking and delivering orders. Spoke to the owner once, he was a TOOL This place is a disaster, and needs constant correcting from customers. If your staff isn’t quite working out find new staff!!! Often drive the further distance when I’m not in the mood to guide them through how to do their job.

This place is the most warm place whenever I go shopping.. You can take a quick or relaxed break with good coffee and snacks.. I like the efficient service too..

This is by far the worst service I have ever received at a tim hortons location. They have messed up my order more times than they've gotten it right .. especially when you're going through the drive thru. If you put your car in park for a quick second before you drive off to make sure your order is correct they get upset and rush you off. But I do highly recommend checking- which is quite sad that you even have to do that. To top it all off, they are not pleasant nor friendly
