I had such a pleasant experience at Tim Hortons today. My order was taken by Anmol, and he was so cheerful and welcoming. In the morning when you’re grabbing a coffee, that’s exactly what you need—someone smiling and positive. He took our order with such a great attitude, and it truly made my visit enjoyable. This was one of the best experiences I’ve had at Tim Hortons.
I am writing to express my deep disappointment with a recent experience at this location. I ordered a bacon and egg breakfast sandwich on a biscuit and requested the bacon to be well done, as I have done at many other Tim Hortons locations across the city without issue.nnThe staff argued with me, insisting that they do not prepare bacon that way. However, from my years of experience ordering the same sandwich at numerous locations, I know this is not the case. When I received my order, the bacon was severely undercooked. When I raised the concern, the manager told me it was “standard” and that they could not cook it further. This directly contradicts what I have experienced at other restaurants.nnIn addition, I found it extremely difficult to communicate with the staff and management at this location due to a significant language barrier. It was frustrating and left me feeling unheard as a paying customer.nnThis experience is not an isolated incident. Across multiple Tim Hortons locations, I have noticed a troubling pattern: orders are rushed through the drive-thru in an attempt to keep times low, and as a result, orders are frequently wrong. As someone who has been a loyal customer it is very disappointing to see such a decline in service and quality.nnThis repeated lack of care, poor communication, and refusal to accommodate reasonable requests is unacceptable. I hope you take this feedback seriously and work to address both the quality of service and the communication challenges at your restaurant. I have been to this location several times — unfortunately, due to these consistent issues I face every time going here this will likely be the last.
We had to wait a long time, and even after that the coffee wasn’t good. It didn’t taste right and definitely wasn’t worth the wait.nOrdered 2 hazelnut cold brews and 1 brown sugar ice latte.The taste was flat, not rich or satisfying like I expected. Definitely not something I’d go back for.
From the moment we walked in, Anmol at the store front welcomed us with a smile. He helped us walk through the offers we were trying to redeem. Our order came out right on time and honestly looked even better than the pictures on the menu. They had all the items available including pumpkin spice muffin and my favourite oat milk latte!
I had a great experience at this Tim Hortons thanks to Anmol! He was polite, efficient, and made sure my order was exactly right. His friendly attitude and professionalism really stood out — it’s always nice to be greeted with a smile and great service. Keep up the awesome work, Anmol!
