I want to give a huge thank you to the amazing team at this Tim Hortons. Today, while we were going to the Timmie and at the entrance gate, my daughter suddenly vomited. I informed the staff, and the very first thing they asked was, “Is she okay?” That meant a lot.nnThere was an Indian girl at the front and a Punjabi guy seemed Canadian-born who both immediately stepped in to help without a second of hesitation. They were kind, calm, and went above and beyond to take care of the situation.nnPeople often say that our community lacks customer service, but these two proved the complete opposite. Their professionalism, compassion, and quick support truly stood out.nnThank you to the whole team, you turned a stressful moment into a reminder that great people are out there doing their best every day. To: Tim Hortons Location Manager / OwnernSubject: Complaint Regarding Rude Behavior by Night Shift StaffnnDear Sir/Madam,nnI am writing to bring to your attention a disappointing experience I had at your Tim Hortons location in Sandalwood & Kennedy Plaza during the night shift on August 2, 2025, at approximately 1:30 AM.nnWhen I arrived at the drive-thru, I waited at the window for around 10 minutes, but no staff member came to assist. After the delay, a Punjabi-speaking female employee who regularly works the night shift eventually showed up. Instead of apologizing, she rudely questioned me about who had opened the window — even though it was already open when I arrived.nnHer tone and attitude were disrespectful and unprofessional. This isn’t the first time I’ve experienced such behavior from her. As someone who visits this location frequently because it is near my workplace, I felt extremely disrespected and disappointed.nnThis Tim Hortons is part of a trusted franchise, not a personal business. That’s why I am submitting this formal complaint — I believe the owner and management should take appropriate action, especially in regard to night shift conduct and customer service.nnI hope you will look into this matter seriously and ensure that respectful and professional behavior is maintained by all staff members.nnThank you for your time and attention.
Outstanding Drive-Thru Service!nTonight, the exceptional drive-thru service my family and I received completely made our experience. It was incredibly refreshing to encounter an attendant who spoke with such clarity and accurately repeated our order, ensuring everything would be perfect at the window.nI regret not catching her name, but she was working the drive-thru at 9:30 PM on Friday, July 4, 2025. Her wonderful smile and arm tattoos were memorable. This level of attentiveness and professionalism is unfortunately rare at many Tim Hortons locations these days, and indeed, in customer service generally.nThis location has truly struck gold with her hire, and I sincerely hope they can find more individuals who embody such high service standards. Employees like her don't just meet expectations; they elevate them, creating genuinely happy and refreshing customer interactions.
I want to give a shout-out to the Tim Hortons employee 'PAWNEET' who served me today. She was super friendly, patient, and made sure my order was just the way I wanted. Despite the rush, she had a smile on her face the entire time. It’s always a great start to my day when I get service like this!
The girl named Dalwinder who served me today morning at 7:50am doesnt pay attention to my order .i think she needs rest from her shift . I asked for lil warm timbits and I repeated 2 times still she gave me cold timbits and cold French vanilla . She’s lost in her own world
