Very poor customer service. I came at 9.55 am at store front to get chai tea latte. Lady with mask at front was so rudy to every customer. For my latte, bag wasn,t dip in milk. It was just on the top of milk. Management should provide training to their employee how to deal with customers. That lady ruin my day and waste my money
Tim Hortons 156 Sandalwood PkwynnWe had the pleasure in working with Tim Hortons the weekend of Feb 9 to 11 for a local community event hosted by Skate Canada Brampton- Chinguacousy at Cassie Campbell. Tim Hortons supplied us with Chili and soup which was received well by our volunteers that helped with the event. This location from time of request leading up to the event was in communication and ensured all our needs were met. The manager Connie of the location delivered exceptional service and this was mirrored by the food provided. We would like to thank you Tim Hortons in partnering with us for our event. Your support went a very long way and it was very much appreciated. I would recommend this establishment not only for your personal needs but for planning of any events that require items.nnNicole Hospitality Lead
Worst customer service.nAlmosted wasted my 10 mins just for one order of potato wedges.nEvening shift staff has no manner how to behave with their customers.
I recently ordered a Cilantro Lime Chicken Wrap from Tim Hortons, and unfortunately, my experience was quite disappointing. When I received my order, I found that the wrap had nothing inside it. Frustrated, I decided to return to the store the next day to show them a picture of my order. However, the manager, June, was not apologetic at all. She simply said, 'You should have come back the same time.' I understand that mistakes can happen, but I couldn't go back due to the inconvenience. It would have been much more appreciated if they had been apologetic and offered a solution instead of saying, 'I just work here, and I can't do anything.' Customer service is an important aspect of any establishment, and I hope Tim Hortons can work on improving it in the future.
The constant disappointment with Tim Hortons staff never ends. Seems like unprofessionalism has become their baseline. Your staff’s attitude is a direct correlation with declining customer service. Employee named Ravneet if that’s even her name which was provided by another employee who refused to give her name after providing rude customer service. Upon asking for her manager, she doubled down on her attitude and said there’s no manager when I can very well see there was one that walked by earlier. Mind you I have had another encounter with this individual before but never put in a review. To make things further worse, my order was incorrect as well. I absolutely understand customer service is not an easy job but if you decided to come to work, you have to be professional. You have to watch your attitude, the tone and cadence of your voice and your facial expressions. Please educate your staff on how to deescalate situation not antagonize them further. Simple sorry, thank you or answering someone’s question instead of giving attitude could go a long way. Believe it or not the manager of this place is amazing. I really hope these employees learn something from her by following in her footsteps. Thank you.
