I have been spending my hard earned money at this location for years, and now I will stop coming here for good. This location needs a complete overhaul, the staff are horrible, lack the proper QSR training. Management doesn't care about legitimate customer concerns, and apparently neither does the owner, or upper management. The excuse is always the same, "we are training new staff, so that why your order is wrong most of the time" Are you kidding me? 4 times out of the work week, you screw up and the same order for the same customer and then he has to drive back to replace his items, with no positive outcome. The people that are running this franchise should be ashamed, your staff are too busy talking in their own language rather than concentrating on the customers order. It seems like Tim Hortons standard of service is at an all time low. I'll take my business elsewhere, where the customer is valued for spending hundreds of dollars a month.

Tbh, I am giving the one star because the quality of food at mostly all restaurants I go to today is terrible. The sandwiches are never fully cut through, to add the sandwiches are just thrown together, the look like a mess. And never depend on a good bagel. " Would you like some bagel with that butter" or, since when did Timmy's start serving cream cheese filled bagels? When you order a bagel with CC, and it's always all on one side or just has the hole in the bagel filled. You can always taste when the coffee has been sitting for more than 20 minutes. Which from what I remember is policy. If you don't take pride, or don't care about a Canadian original, look for a new p/t job or career!

Worst Tim Hortons staff, Order coffee with milk and sugar and got cream and no sugar. Cold wedges, sandwich was another disaster. No napkins were offered with order, when asked for napkin, I was told to grab it from other till which has long que just because staff was busy playing around on phone. Foreign students needs to work minimum hours but they need to learn that they are not in their country. If they want to work places like Timmy they must leave their personal issues at home before they serve customer or get a job in slams they came from because I paid and I expect correct order and perfect service.

Not a good experience. They didn’t have any idea how to make our sandwich and chicken wrap. Bacon wasn’t warmed up and potato wedges old and stale. Not coming back to this location

Great location, I'm there at least three times a week. Best to avoid coming at lunch time or 30 minutes before lunch due to all the school kids. It can get crowded at times due to that. Drive thru usually always fast. Way faster than the nearby McDonald's... now if only Tim's had good coffee.
