This place is hands down the worst Tim's location I have ever visited, and they desperately need to get it together. There is no reason for it to take 10 minutes and two people to serve one customer, especially considering this location doesn't even make sandwiches or pizza. Not sure if it's a lack of training or shotty equipment, but it sure makes it difficult to pick up my morning coffee or grab lunch on my break.
The guy was in bad mood. He asked my brother, about point card. He said no. He’s new here. So he does not know that we can do it from app too. I said yes, then the guy was like I asked u earlier. I was like no big thing. Then after that I asked for tray, he started acting angry. Not a good customer service.
Terrible customer service and very bad attitude. the guy is always in bad mood whenever I order and they always make my order wrong. Today my hot chocolate was all water no taste in it looks like they put a little chocolate in a cup of hot water.
They don’t know how to talk to customers. They are there to just take out their anger on someone. I would give 0 to them
Terrible customer service. Does Tim Hortons even care about customer service?
