If you want something good to eat and a nice coffee then don’t go here this Tim Hortons is the worst in Canada!!! If you want something that’s on the menu they don’t have it it’s only 12pm like seriously? How can you be out of it? Why is it on the menu? And if this would have happened only once it would be fine but here it happens 8 out of 10 times! You order something get to work oh nice completely wrong order that’s fantastic here goes 10$ into the garbage. Because how many ppl actually go back I don’t have the time for it. I don’t know who is managing this place but obviously they don’t do a very good job at it.

This place is awesome.. excellent customer service. And one of the associate even went above and beyond while she was doing outside chores, she went back in just to inform me that my car's trunk is open.thank you.

We were in Tim Hortons today and we ordered coffee 2 breakfast wraps and hash browns. Ordering was ok but there was 6 to 8 people behind the counter making food and they were arguing and bickering back and forth about orders. One person's uniform was dirty and it made us not want to go back. Passing through next week while traveling and will not be stopping. My love for Tim Hortons is not there anymore for Dauphin.
