Besides slow service, the coffee tastes very strange compared to other Tims I frequent. Coffee has a burnt flavour... not sure if the machine is getting too hot or need a good cleaning!? Other than that convenient location and very busy at times. Good luck!

it's not a gym. or so they told us. also so they said not to laugh. also there was a hair in a wrap that we ordered. grumpy and slow workers.

Friday night Dec 8th 5:45 pm Waited 15 minutes and still hadn't made it to the counter.. the girls working could see the line was to the doors but still did nothing to help the people that were waiting . Drive thru had no cars so there was no reason for this

Very slow drive thru at both restaurants.in Listowel. They should visit Tim's in Oshawa at Ritson and.Adelaide St. They are the very definition of efficent! Fast and friendly
