Tim Horton's has slid in quality everywhere, but this one leads the pack in the race to the bottom. The Horton's on the other side of town at the truck stop is slightly better, but you're still going to have a bad time.
Really bad. Waited and eternity in the drive through. And when it was our turn got our coffee almost immediately bur after 5mins she came back and be kike what we are waiting for? ordered a timatin. Seriously? and you wonder why there was 10 cars behind me waitingnpoor location. avoid
This is my first time at this location. It seems that Sunday mornings are very busy judging from the line up. We were not provided with the correct order for which the cashier apologized of course and one of the sandwiches was cold, which made my partner a bit unhappy since we do an extra effort to go to a Tim Hortons since the serve *hot* breakfast sandwiches... but I understand that this was a busy morning and that the staff are either not properly trained, that they are understaffed or that too many people called in sick this morning. These things happen, it's normal I guess but I'm not certain I'll do the effort to go back to this location since there are other Tim Hortons in Lachute.
Terrible experience... No words for the epic fail of the order, wait time, and the feeling of waiting and paying for things we did not receive in the end...just .. oh boy!!!!
Very disappointed..rude service..asked to cut bagel in half..refused because of supposed allergy.. shouldn't work there if she has allergies. Bagel burnt around the edges and it wasn't even put in a bag to go.nNever going back to that Timmies
