This place Never gets it right, I ordered a turkey bacon club, got a handful of chicken pieces the size of peas, wilted lettuce, yesterdays tomato slices and mayo not honey mustard and no bacon. Returned it to be to be told this is a new sandwich was not offered a anything else,,,yuck bring back the old one. Avoid this place.

Saturday morning going through the Drive-Thru with young kids. Had to repeat myself several times, server was very rude, saying things like " you want THREE everything bagels??????" . Our drink order was correct, she tried to give us food that was not ours, and when asked for straws and napkins I was given one napkin, no straws. When I waited for her to open the window again , her answer was " oh what " , so i had straws shoved at me, and still no change . normally I would have left the change, but with the service no tip was warranted. Pulled into a parking spot to get the kids situated, realized steeped tea was indeed DARK ROAST coffee. No big, we thought oh well, just drink it. Not even 5 seconds later there is PLASTIC found in my nephews bagel!!!! Seriously???

Service was so bloomin slow. Worst ever had actually in a Tims. Won't return to this location. One on cash and 3 running around doing alot of nothing!

Not open 24 hours! Only open when they feel like it. Bad service.

lately Tim Hortans everywhere has terrible quality and high prices I can't really recommend them anymore
