I went to this tim horton i order 3 wraps and three hot drinks two were not so hot so i asked one of their employee name IZAK he is so helpful and polite in nature i would suggest if you have any issue at this place with your food meet him i appriate his service

Slowest tim around the greater montreal. Everyday there is long line up. They don’t serve fast , i don’t know why i think they should hire more staff…… worst tim hortons i have ever seen……..

I ordered hot latte on Friday 8.pm . Latte was perfect you did a great job .

They never get my orders right. Once again this morning, I paid extra for bacon in my sandwich, but there was no bacon in sight.

Went there for 2 times a week in a month and honestly worst service in any tim hortons, i’ve experienced. No one knows the word urgency they walk so slowly like there’s nobody in the Tim. 75% of the time I get out in 20-30min when there’s about 3 people in. Same thing with the drive-thru. When you tell there’s a mistake they seem so mad they just want you to get out. If you want Tim drive 5 more minutes to the next one
