Tim Hortons

Stopped in here last Saturday morning with a couple friends before we hit the road, and honestly it was exactly what we needed to kick off the day. The staff were super friendly and our double-doubles came out fast, which we really appreciated since we were in a bit of a rush. The place was clean and had a good vibe, not too crowded for a weekend, so we actually grabbed a table and chilled for a bit. If you're passing through Bécancour, this Tim's is a solid stop, no complaints from us at all.

EVERYTIME i go there. I have to wait at least 15 minutes to get my coffee. Kitchen is full of employees but they somehow find a way to take forever to answer you and make you pay. Slowest team i have ever seen in any fast food.

Came from Ottawa for work and no matter how many times or what method i use, I cannot get a farmer's wrap without sauce. I've asked at the counter while ordering, ive marked it on the app and asked after ordering, yet every single time, they manage to put sauce and my french isn't good enough to ask them to remake so i just suck it up, but how hard is it not to put sauce???

Busy spot in general with lots of customers and some wait time.

The cashier with a butterfly tattoo is doing a great job, but the guy doing the sandwiches is horrible at his job. He simply doesn't care.nWe are 3 guys who oordered different sandwiches, all of the sandwiches were dry, no sauce . 2 out of 3 were with the wrong ingredients. For the last order, we waited a really long time only for the cashier to realize that the sandwich guy was daydreaming.nThis was our usual place, not anymore. This happened on the 24th of February at 7h45.
