Not capable of giving the proper orders. Every time I go to this location I never get the correct coffee. It constantly tastes burnt and black. Today I ordered a potato bacon soup, and I got .. I don’t even know? Some chicken noodle or something. Good luck to everyone else getting what they order.

We stop here on a trip we make often, down to Lake Erie, and for moving people, this busy location has everything down pat. The food and drink are what you expect from Hortons. Washrooms are clean. Staff fast and friendly.

Service seems much quicker since the recent Jarvis Tim Horton's opened about a year ago. Also a recent "Timmies" on the nearby reservation. I Haven't been to that one yet...hopefully l will if l am out that way. Tim Horton's has the BEST coffee...ALWAYS!

Slow service, no adults in charge. Went there about 6:30pm, only 1 other customer seated inside, a few cars in the drive thru. As I'm standing at counter waiting to buy coffee, 3 staff on drive through window (1 on cell texting & laughing), two looked my way and ignored me. Eventually someone came out from the back (also texting), saw me and went to the back saying "who's working the front?". A moment later I finally got served.

Not sure what this location is like usually, but on a Sunday afternoon there were 4 flavours of Timbits and not a large selection of donuts either. At least the tables were clean and we were served quickly
