I when Feb 16 2pm stood at cash for 5 mins no one looked at me so I left 4 people working there one walk in front of me 3 times and never even look at me

Awesome service!!!!!!!! There was a a loooooooot of pepole as always.... And the guy didn't give me exactly what I asked, but, as soon as I mention it to him, he fixed his mistake and he even gave me an extra coffe and donut! Most of these folks do there best to give us a great service. If you start to trash on these pepoles, put your self in there shoes. Great job guys!!!! 6/5 stars

Worst experience ever in Tim Hortons. Ordered food: they were out of biscuits, substituted English muffin, out of hash brown substituted fries. Food came ice cold and untoasted. I returned to counter and ask to toast the muffin. They microwave the sandwich so it was a soggy inedible mess. Fries also cold and undercooked. Tim Hortons are usually better.

I only asked for one thing, a smoothie. If it was jugo juice I would understand if they messed up the ingredients. But at timmies there’s only two types of smoothies I ordered a mixed berry and I got a strawberry banana lol.

Worst.Don’t Go there if u speak ENGLISH,Because they will discriminate against you.Worst place.I ask for Vegie wrap and they put Egg inside.They ask only me to wear mask because I speak ENGLISH and they lady who was working there was not wearing mask.When the owner came he ask me to leave because I said if workers are not wearing mask,why should I.So don’t go there if u don’t want DISCRETION
