Monday morning and the wait was horrific!nThe lineup is out the door, even the drive-thru is backed up around the building.nFood is good but the wait just killed me. Also they ran out of hashbrowns so I got a donut given to me instead, how nice.nThese employees need to learn how to move faster!nI am not happy, nor is anyone else here right now.

Ordered they didn't have it, Ordered a different thing they didn't have it, 3rd times the charm nope didn't have it.. okay what do you have???? Anything??? Long wait at window had time to write this review after finding out where to leave the review. Still haven't pulled out of the drive thru or gotten half the order which is 2 cold drinks and 2 donuts because they ran out of tim bits. finally now we have the full order thankfully wow.

It's a clean and bright TomHorton and staff are nice as well. However, most staff don't speak English at all.

Don't go there on the weekend, you'll wait forever if you have what you ordered… And I'm not just complaining, I'm living 5min. walk from there and went there for years but it's just not worth it anymore at this location and especially the weekend.

Worst Tims experience of my life. They were out of large cups and strawberry syrup. Waited around for 15 minutes and they never even started to make my drinks until I begged them to. I ended up having to pay large price for small drinks—and not even the kind of drink I ordered in the first place.
