Excellent customer service and also a pretty fast one. Donuts fully stocked with various choices. I totally recommend!

Horrible service. We were 2 families of 4,  they messed up both order...and were rude when we informed them of their errors.  We are returning from visiting gramby zoo and thought this would be a nice place before returning home.  Even regular customers were commenting how its always like this.  I encourage Tim Hortons  to secretly visit this shameful establishment.

It's a clean and bright TomHorton and staff are nice as well. However, most staff don't speak English at all.😅
