Had a pretty awful experience at my local Tim Horton’s today. I had been craving a turkey melt all day for some reason and I was super excited to go get one. When I pulled up to the drive thru I also decided I wanted a strawberry frozen lemonade because I hadn’t had one in ages.nnI placed my order and it clearly read back on the screen as a “Turkey melt” and a “medium strawberry frozen lemonade”. It cost me $11. I pulled up to get my food and drink once it was my turn and to my surprise, my frozen lemonade looked odd. It almost looked like it was creamy, so I just assumed they messed the drink up and made a creamy chill or something instead. I received my sandwich and the lady who handed me my sandwich clearly said “and here’s your Turkey melt, have a great day”. I pulled away and drove home.nnUpon getting home, I opened up my “Turkey melt” to see it was in fact not Turkey, but roast beef. And I drank a good portion of my lemonade, noticing a very clearly “creamy” taste to it, but with the texture of a frozen lemonade. I decided to let it sit and see what happened.. I’ll just show you the rest with photos. Disappointed doesn’t even begin to cover it.

Great location. The staff was friendly and they had a lot of fun working. The coffee and Boston cream donut was fine as always.

Rarely do you get a smile from anyone at this location. The owner of the establishment has now changed regulations of the company's survey codes. He does not honor the rules as they are stated from head office. Do not go between 12 am to 5am ! The overnight staff refuses to serve dining room guests during this time. Even though hours state 24 hours.

I had a terrible experience ordering on Monday, August 5th, around 2 AM. The woman who served me was extremely rude from the moment I placed my order. When I reconfirmed my coffee order, she responded with an attitude, which only worsened when I asked for warm food instead of a cold sandwich.nnShe was visibly annoyed and hurried through the transaction, rushing me to pay and barely acknowledging my presence. Her lack of professionalism and poor customer service left a very negative impression. I expected better, especially during a late-night order when a little kindness can go a long way. Unfortunately, this experience was far from satisfactory.
