Great bilingual staff. Very nice & helpful. Excellent latte and espresso. Washrooms are kept tidy.

Sadly today's experience paled compared to the other day when I stopped for my FIRST time since arriving in Canada a week ago . No one understood when I asked for a iced/blended mocha cappuccino (aka frappucino at Starbucks in the States and prob in Canada) and the Creme' Boston was so dense I couldn't swallow it without trying to wash it down with the incorrect drink they gave me (which ended up in the garbage anyway). I know the place was pack but I haven't figured out why.... Oh well....one of life's lessons learned (sure hope my Canadian co-worker doesn't ask me my opinion eek!) Personal note: come to the States and try a Dunkin' Donut......trust me they're so much better (and I only eat them when I'm on the East coast...so that's saying alot!)
