Tim Hortons

I ordered a grilled cheese melt today, and it was not prepared properly. It seemed like the staff were only focused on drive-through orders and did not pay enough attention to customers ordering at the front counter and and the scrambled egg wrap was not good either. It did not look loaded as advertised and lacked the ingredients I expected. The quality of the food did not meet expectations. I hope they improve their service and give equal attention to all customers.

My order was fixed twice, and still was not correct..nI ordered a hot brown sugar latte, and confirming with the staff twice that I would like it hot, since the item is usually served iced.nGot an iced latte at the window and I corrected them. They gave me a cup of just warm milk. No espresso. Called twice to the restaurant, no answer.nMy problem is more with the manager when she asked that I should have “corrected them when the screen showed my order wrong”. The screen did not show my order, and I did confirm twice. And still after 2 tries, my order was still wrong.nMaybe they should train the staff members more, instead of training the customer how to order.nStill haven’t heard back from them and Tim’s Hortons customer service site was no help. So here’s my review.

You get a 50/50 shot here of getting your food right. Sometimes you get your nice warm cozy meal, other times it's still frozen inside or not even close to your order. I don't know what it is with this Tim's but I will have to check my order before I leave every time now.

Worst Tim hortons I have ever been to.nI ordered a Habanero Veggie wrap and I found hair in it. I don’t know to how many people they serve this thing daily. This is how they prepare food in the Tim. They dont pay attention towards customers’ health. I don’t recommend anyone eat from this Tim.

THIS WAS A BLT MADE A TIM HORTONS AT REEDS CORNER.n1 SLICE OF TOMATO, AND A SINGLE SLICE OF BACON CUT IN A FEW PIECES.
