Service is typically slow but that's not the reason for my low rating. I purchased a coffee refill and provided my own mug. When I took it from the Tim's employee there was spillage of hot beverage on my hand, my car door inside and out, and my leg. A Tim's employee provided napkins and offered to clean the mug for me. I took about a minute to clean the hot beverage and was doing so as fast as I could, when another Tim's employee stated "There is a line-up. Please move your car". I felt this was incredibly rude. When a client spills hot coffee on themselves, human decency and overall businessmanship dictates that you don't rush them through. This branch valued my payment but today's experience showed that it doesn't value my long term business and for this reason I am not going to purchase any goods from this location in the future.
