Tim Hortons

They have children working here who do not know how to use the machines properly. I ordered a small coffee and after I left and opened it, I saw that it was only 2/3 full.

If I could give it a 0 I would. Drive-through is a nightmare... 2 lanes and no one wants to let you in. We were almost hit by the car that ordered after us because he wouldn't let us in. Very poor set up.

The cashier was extremely slow to the point the line grew soo long of, they had to open another cashier, they forgot our drinks, then when she started preparing them she didn't know what it wasbor what was in it, she got us another thing, we asked her to ask somebody else how to make it, at the end the food was cold and soggy, i think yes she was bad, probably is new but why the manager decides to place someone who is not ready yet? Why dont they give her the support needed to deliver a good customer service.

Most of the employee's are kind.nThe food and my usual drink differ a lot depending in who is preparing.

The dark roast coffee was good as usual. Service was good too and this is my preferred Tim's in the area! Thanks
