Customer service is greatly dependent on who takes your order. More than a few times I've been to this location and had poor customer service interactions. A lot of times I've been here I ended up with an older pot of coffee that wasn't made to my order. I get people have bad days and whatnot, and as a former Tim's employee I get it gets hectic, but you still have to maintain a certain level of friendliness when on the job.

I am not a frequent flier at this particular Tim Hortons, and after today I dont think I will be again. I went in around 10:30 and I saw an employee burn her hand on a hot tray and drop it on the ground. She ran over to the sink and I watched, waiting to see her leave as she was very sweet when she checked me out and I had some burn cream in my purse (she reminded me of my granddaughter, sweet but clumsy), but she didn't. I saw her go in the back for a while, them come back out and continue working. I assumed she must not have been burnt, until I saw that she was walking around with an ice pack in her hand. I stayed a while longer, and she continued to work. I left the store around noon and she was still there, being ordered around by a woman who I assume was the manager, running back and forth trying to do her job with one hand. I am absolutely sickened at the way this store treats its employees, and as soon as I finish writing this review I'm going to call and report this place to OSHA, because there is no way that was legal or ethical.

Terrible customer service. Today at the drive thru, the girl that gave us our coffee, didn't ask us if we wanted our receipt, didn't even say have a good day, but instead, turned around and started yelling at someone behind her. Then when my husband got her attention and asked for our receipt, she shoved it at him. He pointed out to her that she was rude and didn't say have a good day, and her response was "Well she was yelling at me". (Said in a whiney voice) I guess the girl was referring to whoever she was yelling at. Then she turned her back on us. This continues to happen at this particular Tim Hortons. It's like the place is run by a bunch of bratty 5 year olds in need of a nap. Just because you work in Flint doesn't mean you can deliver poor customer service. Take some pride in your work, man.

I've been getting coffee here for the past 8 years. The last time I had a decent cup of coffee or ice cap was at least 2 years ago. My order is rarely right, and when it is the quality is below average to say the least. Their drinks taste like a cup of syrup with a little shot of coffee added, and their food isn't any better.

Not as I expected. All the hype on TV, Just doesn't stack up. Donuts, practically non-existent, sandwiches, mediocre. Coffee is rather bitter for my taste. Service is slow. Doubt if we will be back.
