Tim Hortons

I went into this store to buy breakfast for myself and my two children. After odering the food I was informed that some items were unavailable at the time and switched out said items for what i could get. I waited for almost 20 minutes for a small food order and when it was ready it was given to another person in line. During this wait all the items that were unavailable at my initial order were brought out available for the other customers. A refund was given but could not wait another 20 minutes for food that i may not even get. Terrible experience and will not return to this location .

Came in with my mom this morning, there was a single man in line in front of us and I kid you not it took 5+ minutes for the woman to take his order. Then it took another 5+ minutes to take our order, we got one coffee, a bagel, and a biscuit breakfast sandwich. We got our food rather quick but had to wait for the coffee for almost 10 minutes, just for the woman to say in a rather rude tone “it’s right here” and point to a coffee placed with all the mobile orders. How are we supposed to know the coffee she put without a single word was ours and not a part of the mobile order it was practically touching? At the very least there needs to be another person up front, or a whole different person all together. It would have been faster to drive to Hanover and go to one of their Timmies, I guess we’ll do that next time

Walkerton Ontario Canada... The worst Tim Hortons Location I have ever visited! Horrible service, employees with chips on their shoulders, management that can barely manage to pour coffee in a timely fashion, and governed by a corporation that doesn't care about the way their customers are treated! One star, because minus stars is not an option! Its worth the drive to hanover!

Can’t really rate the food considering they never have any. 10AM on a Saturday and they’re completely out of everything. Never mind in the evening during the week, unless you want just a coffee and not a good one don’t bother. Well worth the drive in Hanover for good service and to get what you actually want. I understand understaffing but I don’t think quantity is the issue, there’s always plenty of kids standing around behind the counter.

This is my local Tim's, recently it has gone downhill. From the ice capp machine being down for cleaning consistently at lunchtime to the Chilli not being up to temperature at lunchtime. This is not a one off but consistently, c'mon Tim's get it right.
