Served me the tastiest iced coffee i ever had. Very nice atmosphere, perfect natural lighting with nice sitting arrangement, didn't felt clustered at all.
It was disappointing experience at Tim hortons, where the coworkers treat customers with noticeable disrespect. If you told them to do something they will refuse and get mad. It’s important that all staff#employees remember the value of kindness and respect. I will Never come back here tho
I was so upset visiting this tim, we came as visitors to Brockville but,nThere was one lady who was so rude and racist, as she saw us she was treating like we are some untouchable people, we ordered 2 steep tea and 1 medium white hot chocolate but that lady made the wrong order on purpose she was gave only 1 coffee and dark hot chocolatenWhen asked this was wrong order, she asked to come in the queue again and to pay again for the order,nI was okay to pay as-well to get a white hot chocolate but she just told we cannot change the order and she went away, there was another customer who was so kind she order one steep tea in her order and gave us and that lady did not change my kids hot chocolate.nI was standing there for almost ten min Bt she did not even care to replace or place a new order. Later there was another crew member who came and told no need to pay i can exchange it for you.nnThat lady did not even allow us to use washrooms, she told they were closed.nShe allowed all other customers but did not allow me and my family.
During the Easter long weekend, I was on a road trip from Toronto and stopped at a Tim Hortons for a quick coffee break. I ordered 2 small steeped teas, 1 medium white hot chocolate, and 2 empty cups. In a hurry, I didn’t double-check the screen before paying.nnAfter receiving only 1 tea and 1 hot chocolate, I mentioned that I had ordered 2 teas. The staff member told me I had only paid for one. When I offered to pay for the second tea, she told me to go back in line, which felt unnecessarily rude. While I stood there unsure what to do, someone kind at the counter paid for my second tea — a gesture I truly appreciated.nnShortly after, I realized the hot chocolate given to my kids wasn’t white hot chocolate, as I had ordered. I went back to clarify and even said I didn’t want to exchange, I would just pay for the white hot chocolate. But the same staff member didn’t fully listen — she just cut me off and said, “We don’t exchange,” and walked away, ignoring me. I felt dismissed and disrespected.nnThankfully, another associate was much more helpful. She understood the situation, told me to throw the first drink away, and gave me the correct white hot chocolate without any issue.nnAdding to all this, when I asked to use the restroom, the same first staff member rudely said it was closed for cleaning. But at that very moment, the cleaning person came out of the women’s washroom. I asked if I could use the men’s, but she still refused. It just felt like she didn’t want to help at all.nnWhat really stuck with me was that unexpectedly, I was also charged 20 cents for the empty cups — more than usual. In most places, when I ask for a small empty cup to share a drink with my kids, they charge 10 cents or sometimes even give it for free. That unusual charge is what initially made me look at the screen and realize the order was wrong in the first place.nnI understand mistakes happen, especially during busy times, and I always try to be patient. But this experience left me feeling unwelcome and uncomfortable. The staff member’s behavior felt cold, dismissive, and — unfortunately — discriminatory. I tried to convince myself maybe I misunderstood, but if someone consistently acts like that, it’s hard not to wonder.nnEven now, when I see the Tim Hortons sign, I feel uneasy. I hope this feedback helps improve service quality and customer care at this location.
I was running late for work so I grabbed a chocolate milk with my coffee. They handed me a chocolate milk that was covered in grease and coffee grounds, the whole top of it was falling apart.nnI brought I back in and asked for a clean one, she rolled her eyes at me and grabbed another dirty one. I handed it back again and asked if she could feel the residue on her hands and she said “yeah, obviously I do” super obnoxiously, her coworker yelled over and asked what was wrong with the first one, she and yelled back “there’s nothing wrong with it”.nnABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS.nNot only was she obnoxious and rude to me about the issue, she refused to even acknowledge the issue so it could be fixed.nn1 customer in line and 2 cars in drive through, was not “busy”
