Much better now than it ever used to be. I generally equate this to better staff. The only real downside is that it gets clogged up pretty fast during the lunch time.

Really busy spot, long line up's. Friendly service. But I don't like going to that one if I am help it because of the shady people that hang around there. If you don't want your children swearing I wouldn't recommend it for a long period of time. We have better Tim Horton's in Brockville then this one that I would recommend!

Employees are inconsistent, especially with lunch items like wraps. Some just can't do it properly. They have also changed the prices of items on the menu without updating the shelves, leading to confusion at the cash. They also refuse to give you the display price which... is that even legal? Oh, and a chicken wrap from this particular Timmies gave me food poisoning.

It's the best they could do with a limited space. It's clean and fast. However I miss the old Tim Horton's coffee. Now that McDonald's has that brand. I go there instead. Too bad.
