Tim Hortons

Reading all these negative reviews clearly indicates that this Tim's location has issues. My colleague and his girlfriend recently got a puppy in the area, and after a long drive, we decided to stop by for coffee. Since there was no signage indicating that animals were not allowed in the store, we brought the puppy inside. After placing our order, the staff member serving us was quite rude, but we chose to overlook it. Shortly after, we received a notification that our order was ready. Then, a woman with a very rude demeanor approached us and stated that we could not bring the small puppy weighing 3 lbs inside. We apologized and explained that there was no sign at the door. If there had been a sign, we would not have entered, and one of us would have just ordered. The staff that served us should have informed us of this policy before we placed our order, rather than telling us ten minutes after we arrived that we couldn’t have the puppy with us. I hope that after reading this review, they will consider putting up a sign at the door to warn others not to enter with pets.nAttached photos NO SIGNAGE AT THE DOOR.

I order the same thing everyday and it's never double toasted. To top it all off i have had my bagel taste like soap twice now

At this Tim Hortons, cleanliness sets a new standard, impressing even in their spotless washrooms. Surpassing expectations, everything is in perfect condition. My coffee and donut were fresh and delicious, maintaining Tim Hortons' top-notch taste. A perfect pitstop, especially on late night drive to Tobermory, with their doors open past midnight.

I love coming here for my coffee and bagel. The staff here are always so friendly, and fast! And they always make my coffee and bagel perfectly!

I was on a long drive and wanted some hot food and coffee, and this Tim Horton's did not disappoint! They were so friendly and fast and my food was delicious! I'll be coming through this location again for sure!
