worst Tim’s i’ve ever got anything at, took 20 minutes waiting inside for a cappuccino that was half full, couldn’t even order because the worker was gossiping with a customer and terrible customer service.
Since when did the Chilli come with half a roll? Not very happy about that. Won't be ordering that again. Coffee is ALWAYS burnt or they get in wrong. Terrible customer service most the time and very slow.
If i could give negative stars, i would. Horrible service, crazy long wait for a grilled cheese almost 30 minutes! ordered in the app... there was no line, no cars in the lot, one car at a time through drive-thru... informed we couldn't get a refund because it was ordered through the app and no offer of a replacement. I gave them another shot after my last experience which was nearly identical except the wait was almost an hour at the time, but I will never come here again. Saying a lot given it's the only Tim's in town.

Service is generally slower then I'm used to, coming from out of town in a larger city near Toronto, but this visit I chatted briefly with the cashier while making my coffees to go, she stated she moved back from being in Ontario at a much faster paced tim Hortons location... Believe me when I say it showed as the service was speedier then usually expected...
It's ok , I was disappointed. A couple of times when they say there open , but get there and closed early so now i don't find them reliable . And there food it ok, but still enjoy the coffee at least if they did not close early and on line it says there openFood: 4/5

Slowest Tim Hortons you'll ever go to. Took half an hour to get through the drive thru today. They need to open another one nearby because this is absolutely ridiculous.
Was not pleased with my visit today. They got my order wrong which is fine, still ate it. But when I was waiting for my last item, one of the workers says to the other "why are they still here?" Then asks us why we were still there rudely and when I tell her she didn't even listen to what I told her and still managed to get the rest of my order wrong.
Very poor customer service. The person on the speaker didn't take the time to listen to my order and got it wrong while looking annoyed when I got to the window. This isn't the first time that this has happened, so I will not be a returning customer.
