Very disappointing location. They are constantly out of espresso, sandwiches, and other basic menu items. I ordered and paid through the app, but the items were unavailable and I didn’t receive a refund. How can a coffee shop constantly have no coffee? Definitely needs better management.

The timbits and ice capp were good, however they didn't have the whip cream in stock. That's was my main reasons for visiting kindly though, the cashier offered a syrup to make up for the difference in price. But I honestly should have just asked for a refund and came back another time. I really like the thick whip cream at Tim's so was quite disappointed.

I had one of the WORST!!!!! experiences I’ve ever had at Tim Hortons, and honestly, it’s concerning on a serious level.nnAs someone who is a lifelong diabetic, I specifically ordered a sugar-free drink. The employee had no idea what that meant and didn’t seem interested in figuring it out. Instead, I was given a drink with sugar, which caused my blood sugar to spike so severely that I ended up in the ER with hyperglycemia. This isn’t just bad service. It’s dangerous.nnOn top of that, the staff member was visibly frustrated and rude during the entire interaction. It felt like asking basic questions was an inconvenience.nnTo make things worse, they didn’t even have ice or the flavor I originally wanted, so I was forced to pick an alternative anyway.nnAnd this isn’t a one-time issue. On a separate visit, I ordered a chicken wrap and somehow received one filled with Boston cream instead of ranch. This is honestly baffling and shows a complete lack of quality control.nnBetween the lack of basic product knowledge, poor attitude, and serious mistakes with orders, this location is not just disappointing. It is unsafe. I would strongly recommend avoiding it, especially if you have any dietary or medical needs.

Pretty good place if you need coffee urgently. I usually stop here during my jogging session with my dog and get some of my favourite drink as well as his favourite snacks. It is the perfect energy boost. And you can order very quick and get your food and drinks very quick because the service and the people are very fast.

Every time I’m served by her, she is incredibly kind, welcoming, and genuinely attentive. She goes above and beyond to make customers feel comfortable and valued, which truly makes a difference in the overall experience.nNatacha always has a positive attitude, a warm smile, and a great sense of professionalism. She is efficient, patient, and clearly takes pride in her work. It’s rare to come across someone who consistently delivers such excellent service, and she absolutely deserves recognition for it.nEmployees like Natacha are the reason customers keep coming back. She is a true asset to this location, and I hope her hard work and dedication do not go unnoticed. Thank you, Natacha, for always making my visits pleasant and enjoyable!
