Even at 6:45 in the morning, I received nothing but 5-star service: friendly staff and speedy service. The woman who gave me my order at the window on Thursday April 18 at 6:45ish was super friendly and I think that helps get your day off to a great start. It puts you in a good mood. Thanks so much! I know you have so many customers and it's busy, but the fact that you still have time for a smile, means a lot!
Always 5 stars! The staff here always deliver exceptional customer service, and the food is quality and fresh every time. The ladies make a huge line at the drive thru move in less then 10 minutes. Always a pleasure to come to this location, honestly makes my day!
Worst location in Hamilton. You ask for a steep tea black they give you a coffee. Glad I thought to smell it again before drinking it. Would of ended up in the hospital again for allergic reaction, cause these people don't know what product is what. And constantly miss label it ! Its dangerous as hell

Tim Hortons is great. My favorite place just was that their food was cooked a bit longer as it was still a bit raw on inside. There new pinwheels need more bake time.
