This Tim Hortons is my favourite Tim hortons I’ve ever had the pleasure of ordering from. The employees always make my morning/afternoon/evening better. They have amazing customer service. The staff is always kind, patient and friendly.nIt can be so difficult in the service industry these days, the staff at this location are top notch. Who ever is the manager/owner of this location should be extremely proud of their staff. I’ve lived in NS, Que, Ont and NL, this location knocks tops all my previous experiences by far!nKudos to the entire staff and management!
Day Staff is very friendly. Orders seem to come out quickly. Food is, well, it's Tim Hortons, not fine dining, but I feel it's pretty good value for your money. Overall a good experience.nnI was disappointed by the lack of soup options Only Chicken Noodle and ChilinnThe store was clean and the showcase was stocked, considering they had just finished the lunch rush.nnOn a safety note use caution when leaving the store and heading to the parking lot. You have to cross the drive thru exit and people are distracted by their coffee vs paying attention to people crossing in front of them. A sign for pedestrians and drivers alike may help with this.
I ordered two everything bagels with cream cheese for my lunch.. go to eat my lunch and I have dry bread I'm not sure WHO would make a bagel like this .and it's not like I can leave and get myself another lunch. Use your measuring scoop to put the cream cheese on the bagels and stop rushing around. The weekend staff just dont care I'm constantly having issues with my orders, I go to Tim hortons 2 to 3 times a day and my husband the same amount . I'm going to stop giving this place my business and go the extra 20 minute drive to long pond tim hortons for a decent order..
I've been visiting for 2 weeks and went here every day for breakfast. I ordered via the app, and 10 out of 14 days, my order was wrong. Wrong drinks or something missing. The staff are great and very apologetic, but get it right the first time.
The Staff are very friendly and very good in waiting time, this location is very clean. My favorite spot. My favorite treat to eat here is their cheese tea biscuit, it's better to eat when warm, pair it with coffee or tea.
