Went to claim my free birthday wrap. The employee had trouble ringing it in and asked the manager to assist her. He was so kind and pleasant. He was smiling and even gave me a hash brown and not once did he make me feel like an inconvenience. I will definitely use this location more often.
Steep tea looks like coffee, so strong and bitter tasting. You only make good tea a few times a month. Maybe they're mixing coffee and tea brewing same machine. They all need retraining how to make good tea. nnOh! And no seating inside due to so many foreigners taking all chairs and table and only a couple actually drinking coffee. Tim Hortons need to grow some balls and make it a 20 minute seating so others can enjoy.nnWait don't wanna hurt any feelings LMFAO
The consistently friendly and efficient staff contributes to a positive and enjoyable visit. Lines go super fast at this location. Especially the name I remember is Lakhwinder. She always provide great customer service and I see her every-time I come to this location. She’s extremely helpful and kind.
Don’t order from this location if you want your order to be correct. I have lived near this location for 4 years and not once has my order been correct. Probably not smart to ask for Google reviews at your drive thru window if you can’t get orders correct.nToday I ordered a bacon egg breakfast sandwich on an everything bagel. I got a BELT on a plain bagel. I read the screen when ordering, was correct. So they just added lettuce and tomato and completely switched up the bagel for what? Got the added sauce though so there’s thatnnI’d go back but the place is usually packed to the brim with people loitering around - especially on weekends - and the parking lot is an absolute nightmare - from giant potholes to little to no weather maintenance.nnThe young woman and man who took and gave me my order in the drive thru today were great. They did their job. But that’s how low the bar is for this location.
If I could give the guys working tonight, here, 5+ plus plus plus plus plus plus infinite amount of stars I really would!!!!! this is honestly the kindest customer service experience I have ever had anywhere really.nThank you to the guys working tonight. You are so so nice. . You deserve all the recognition for your hard work and effort..nMANAGEMENT -you are lucky to have these two guys working for you!!!!nI wish every Tim Hortons and every business would have this kind of customer service wherever you go .nThank you guys and don’t work too hard.
