I’ve been to plenty of Tim Hortons, but the Selkirk location is by far the cleanest. Always make a stop here after a fishing trip in Selkirk!
I am so disgusted and ashamed of this tim’s. I have been a customer at this tim’s for over a decade and have never had issues until today.nWe got a sausage farmers wrap that had ACTUAL MOLD in it. My boyfriend got super sick from it and could barely walk because of it. I am so utterly disappointed in this tim’s and how the service went from amazing 10 years ago to complete garbage.nThey don’t even have friendly service anymore like they once did and can’t even give us a simple “hello” or “have a good day” in the drive thru anymore.
This Tim hortons used to be one of the best in Canada unfortunately it has gone so far down hill I refuse to get anything other then a hot beverage.nnThe donut glaze is so watered down that you cannot call the donuts glazed. I would highly recommend not buying a glazed donut.
Asked if they had a grilled girl got told yes, when I ordered one got told they didn’t have them right now, asked for sprinkle donuts and when to check, to confirm and said yes. Turns out she gave us the pop rock donuts . When asked at the window of it was the correct ones got told yes. My kids are telling me there mouths are popping. And the younger one threw it on my floor. Don’t even get me started on the bagel .
I ordered large coffee and bagel from them. When i checked the coffee it was small in the quantity. Although the cup was large but the quantity of the coffee was almost a small. The lady was Indian at the window she doesn’t even know how to speak politely with the customers. This was not the first time they did this. I can’t go back and show them the quantity because i was on work till overnight. They just spoiled my day with that coffee if i talk about the taste it was awful the bagel tasted burned all was black on the top and sides and coffee’s taste was like they made that in the morning and serving that in the afternoon.nIt’s my request from the manager or the other authorities to look that things seriously they are not serious in their work i am also from India always gives the order with the smiley face and the Indian ladies working here there attitude was above the sky. When they saw any people from their community.nSeriously they are just spoiling the reputation of their community and the restaurant goodwill .
