Usually excellent service some times they could use more staff at the two counter tills during the peak inside customer time of the day . Emphasis seems to be greater on drive through . Although the staff does its best to keep everyone happy even though sometimes they are maxed out
Stopped by this location for a quick coffee. There was a long line at the drive-thru, but it moved quickly.nnThe staff were friendly and even offered a tray for the drinks without me having to ask.nnMy only concern was the presence of vagrants loitering just beyond the drive-thru. I’m not sure how this situation could be resolved, but it may lead me to choose a different location in the future if it isn’t addressed.
This Tim hortons used to be one of the best in Canada unfortunately it has gone so far down hill I refuse to get anything other then a hot beverage.nnThe donut glaze is so watered down that you cannot call the donuts glazed. I would highly recommend not buying a glazed donut.
I would give this place 0 stars if I could. The supervisor and staff have got to be the most unprofessional, RUDE, and inefficient staff I had ever had the displeasure of having to deal with. Zero customer service, zero ability to ensure simple orders are correct, and Zero accountability when they do inevitably screw up.
Just wanted to shout out Tim Hortons! The two girls who helped us were super cool and really nice. One works at Food sector and other one I believe was a cashier, I am not 100% sure though.. but yeah, they were Indian girls. The customer service was on point. Big thanks to you guys! Keep it up!
