We went to drive thru august 24 around 12:15pmnWe ask them to toast the croissant with butter and then put hashbrown inside itnBut they didn’t toast itnWhen we return it back to them and ask it is not toasted and they toasted it with hashbrown and sauce inside and make it worse
Stopped on the way. Order received incorrectly. Tried to alert one of the several staff at the counter errors were made wrong size coffee and english muffin instead of a biscuit and refused eye contact or acknowledgement. When it was clear nothing would I left.
If you are stopping at a Timmy’s as you pass through, find a different location. We stopped here on our way to Regina and on our way back with 6 days inbetween.nnThe ladies washroom must not have been cleaned between our visits. It was disgusting. The water tap barely works - I had to use the tap behind the counter to wash off the awful smelling soap. Oh - and one of the 2 stalls was missing a door. When I talked to an employee, he seemed offended by my disapproval of the state of the facility. No apology, and no one ever went to do a bathroom check. DO BETTER!
I like the place cozy and very friendly staff, all smiling and fast service. Coffee is served hot and fresh
