I would like to address an issue I experienced during my recent visit, particularly concerning the service provided by the staff member who primarily works the night shift.nnUnfortunately, my request for steep tea was not fulfilled as expected; instead, I received hot water. This oversight affected my experience, and I believe it's important to emphasize the value of attentiveness to customers' needs.nnI appreciate your attention to this matter and encourage improvements in service quality to enhance customer satisfaction.nPlease and thank you .
Some of the smiles cookie looked funny, but that's oknSometimes they just don't know how to make stuff. I don't know why, and I'm not trying to be rude, but I went to try 2 different drinks they tasted bad and my moms drink tasted not like the drink she had previously order at other locations going down hill over here
I do not recommend coming to this Tims for anything! We placed a mobile order and It took 25 minutes and a bunch of reminders to even get anything! After standing there waiting for about 10-15 minutes we here them call out hot chocolate and french vanilla are unavailable so we had to switch our order last minute and they didn't even let us know the donut was unavailable until the last second! Completely unimpressed by the service! And on top of it all we were not offered a refund for the big price difference in drinks we ordered vs what we got!!!!
We've been going to this location for well over two decades. I'm disappointed to see that over the last year there has been a significant drop in the level of service and quality of food. We come through the drive-thru for most of our visits, and no longer receive consistently accurate orders and smiling, friendly service. Instead these new staff members are short, curt and quite often they are looking in the other direction while they stick their arm out the window to hand you your order. Today was the last straw when once again a very clear order was wrong. Message to the owners: your staff would benefit from customer service training to ensure they are aware of what constitutes good service.
I've been going here for a bit now, never have breakfast sandwiches when I order one so as expected I was disappointed. I thought the early.morning staff get things ready but apparently not. On topof it all there is never a hi when you approach the counter to busy filling orders I suppose.
