Young weekend manager does an amazing job with handling the store. Much different not seeing her last weekend. Students are all great though have high energy and try their best definitely best weekend staff in any Tim Hortons.
I would give a negative 5 stars for service and quality but that's not an option! We went through the Drive thru on 06/08/25 @ 1:16 pm the girl on the speaker was so very rude and spoke twice to my husband who was ordering with aggressive tone I had to speak up when asked for the 5th time if there is anything else that we would like I said yes some friendly service. We got to the window to find out our coffee had 2 cream yet we stated multiple times during our ordering 2 milk we ordered 2 farmers wraps with sausage and they only had baccon and was forced to take baccon or nothing. Our full order was also missing and had to be added to the order at the window, Just an absolute dumpster fire this place is! Not even an apology was offered! Except we were told to have a nice day! Do not use this place they employee incompetent and rude staff! Just disgusting!!!
This location is kept clean and is staffed with friendly staff. They do make mistakes once in a while but are more then willing to fix their mistakes with no complaints. They have on several occasions either made my coffee burnt, or have not stored the coffee or put the requested milk or sugar in it or laft coffee grinds in my coffee but have no issues with make you a new one.
Wanted to get a breakfast sandwich at 10:30am on Sunday January 11 2026.nWas told they have no eggs. Do you job and cook some. If you cant do your job then send everyone home. My employer would fire me if i told them I didnt have somthing that we sell.
This has got to be the worst Tim Hortons around. Minus the two workers that always put customers first. Definitely need better staff that don't swear and do a dog and pony show for attention. Gone down hill over the years. Often out of what they offer and timbits don't belong in a bag!
