I would give a negative 5 stars for service and quality but that's not an option! We went through the Drive thru on 06/08/25 @ 1:16 pm the girl on the speaker was so very rude and spoke twice to my husband who was ordering with aggressive tone I had to speak up when asked for the 5th time if there is anything else that we would like I said yes some friendly service. We got to the window to find out our coffee had 2 cream yet we stated multiple times during our ordering 2 milk we ordered 2 farmers wraps with sausage and they only had baccon and was forced to take baccon or nothing. Our full order was also missing and had to be added to the order at the window, Just an absolute dumpster fire this place is! Not even an apology was offered! Except we were told to have a nice day! Do not use this place they employee incompetent and rude staff! Just disgusting!!!
This has got to be the worst Tim Hortons around. Minus the two workers that always put customers first. Definitely need better staff that don't swear and do a dog and pony show for attention. Gone down hill over the years. Often out of what they offer and timbits don't belong in a bag!
This location is kept clean and is staffed with friendly staff. They do make mistakes once in a while but are more then willing to fix their mistakes with no complaints. They have on several occasions either made my coffee burnt, or have not stored the coffee or put the requested milk or sugar in it or laft coffee grinds in my coffee but have no issues with make you a new one.
Today I came in with my son who is autistic and nonverbal we were greeted with warm hello and the service was fast and kind and the staff went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable I highly recommend the Timmie’s. Thanks again to all the staff for making our little outing one to remember
Say it's open 24hrs. Recently closes dine-in with no explanation. Who ever owns this needs more accountability and transparency of when the rules change or why. Owner needs a slap on the wrist and then some. Also this place is usually dirty.
