The lady at the cash register had an awful attitude, i was the only customer in the entire establishment, my food was made incorrectly with zero haste, i simply ordered a four cheese bagel with herb and garlic cream cheese to which i was met with an eye roll and a back handed “anything else” i watched them make my bagel and place it at the wrong window, after about 5 minutes i asked where my bagel had gone and they checked for another few to come back with a cold barren bagel that had been sitting by the drive thru window. This was an unacceptable experience as i did not pay for my bagel to be plain nor cold. I asked for my bagel to be remade and instead was met with a glob of cream cheese and a MICRO WAVED BAGEL. this entire situation has left me never wanting to return and having worked in fast food in the past i can say that none of this behaviour is acceptable in any way.
Worker with a bad attitude tried to explain that my cold brew should normally resemble a bottle of creamer. Politely asked for a remake and she said „So what do you want me to do? Remake it?“ Being a barista is a very front facing job. Not an excuse to treat people like they are beneath you. The snide comment after handing me my remake and saying „by the way, it looked like that because it settled.“ was unnecessary too considering the remake tasted way better! Please do better and be kinder.
This is the worst Tim Hortons I have been to. The drive-thru takes 20 minutes with 8 cars. It's actually pathetic. Been twice and the same thing happened. I will not be going here again. I cannot wait for Dunkin Donuts to put some pressure on this franchise. Tim's is garbage these days.
I stop by this Tim Hortons every single day for my morning coffee and it never disappoints. I always order a double double and it’s consistently made perfectly.nA special shoutout to Gurpreet who works during the morning opening hours she is incredibly sweet, kind, and welcoming. She always has a positive attitude and makes my coffee just right every time. Her friendly service truly makes my mornings better and keeps me coming back daily.nGreat coffee, great service, and amazing staff. Highly recommend this location!
Don't waste your time at this Tim Hortons, go down bowmanville ave instead. Been twice now, once 40+ mins to get through the drivethrough and left with nothing because I had to get to work, once at 8pm closes at 11 and was told the kitchen was already closed and cleaned so they wouldnt make any food. Wild.
