Tim Hortons delivers the reliable service and food you'd expect from a Brazilian company making generic coffee house fare. The reason for my 4-star rating is the cleanliness of the bathroom. The sink and mirror were dirty, and the hand dryer didn't work. Otherwise, it's a decent spot for a quick bite and coffee.
I don't know whats the challenge they are facing. Everytime I got the coffee from there it's always cold. Even if you say it that I need extra hot still it's always cold.
Always get good food and drinks from this location. However, lately they seem to want to purposefully hold up the drive through lanes by making everyone wait after they order. Frustrating thing to do….
Food is to the standard, staff are typically polite, but the place is run terribly. Constantly people idling on the drive thru side while lines inside grow for the one open cash register.
No staff shit wait times no point in having 2 drive through lanes if there never both open bathrooms disgusting approximate wait for drive through is 25 min
