I had such a great experience here! The staff were friendly and welcoming, the service was quick, and everything exceeded my expectations. The atmosphere was comfortable and inviting, and I really appreciated the attention to detail. Definitely a place I’d recommend to anyone looking for [good food / a relaxing stop / excellent service]. I’ll definitely be coming back!
This is the worst fast food place to eat at in vernon British Columbia, they NEVER GET YOUR ORDERS RIGHT, they are so incompetent and their service is way below the 1 star, the manager basically just walked away when we asked for a full refund of our food and was no help at all, they also take around 30 minutes to take your order. This is actually crazy to me how people don’t understand how to work efficiently in their place of work. The one stars are not deserved but that is unfortunately all I can give.
I’ve recently moved here and have been getting my coffee in the morning for the last 2 weeks. They haven’t failed to either mess something up or take an absurd amount of time to take my order. Expect to wait 3-5 minutes with no one else in the drive through for them to complete your order. By far one of the worst times hortons I have ever visited in British Columbia. Do you guys not care about speed and accuracy?
Great place to enjoy a coffee, they have a no bs policy dealing with rude people and I love it.
Good was smackin. I’ve never had a farmer wrap hit so hard. Service was just as good or even possible better than Chick-fil-A. With all of this in mind I would hit this Tim’s 5 BIG BOOMS.
